About the foundry

Independent thinking, built into working systems.

Prajna means insight grounded in understanding. The Foundry turns that understanding into products, tools, and operational systems.

Why we exist

Software should clarify work, not conceal it.

Many organisations do not need another generic application or an impressive demonstration. They need a system that understands their material, respects their process, exposes its decisions, and survives daily use.

ZhenChiKalpa Prajna Foundry exists to build those systems. We work from the operating problem outward, choosing technology only after the workflow and its responsibilities are understood.

Working principles
01

Context before computation

The data, domain, users, and constraints determine the architecture—not the current technology fashion.

02

Humans retain authority

Automation supports judgement. Material decisions remain reviewable and attributable to responsible people.

03

Traceability is product work

Logs, provenance, state contracts, and audit trails are designed into the system rather than added after failure.

Founder-led

Rajesh Kannan Doss

The Foundry is being established as an independent, founder-led practice for product development, applied research, and technical problem solving.

Its work combines hands-on engineering with close attention to administration, workflow ownership, market conditions, and the practical limits within which real organisations operate.
